Returns and Refunds

Blue3D wants each order to arrive as expected. Because many items are personalized or printed to order, returns are handled case by case.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If an order arrives damaged or does not match the item you purchased, contact Blue3D within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Blue3D may replace, reprint, refund, or otherwise resolve the issue after review.

Custom and personalized items

Personalized, custom, and made-to-order items are generally not returnable unless they arrive damaged or were produced incorrectly. If you are unsure about a color, size, or customization, contact Blue3D before placing the order.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method through Stripe. Bank and card processing times vary and are controlled by the payment provider.

Order changes

Change requests are easiest before production starts. Blue3D cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after a custom item has entered production.
